Participate in regular progress discussions with the Japanese PMI team and together drive improvements and strategies for enhanced project outcomes. Additionally, a key aspect of my role is coaching and training project managers on PMI best practices, empowering them to excel in executing processes and aligning with organizational objectives. Guiding new project managers in adopting and implementing these processes effectively, I contribute to their growth and success within the company.
