Power in 2013, 2014, and 2015, the only bank to claim that award in the United States.• Rebranded Arvest Bank, Arvest Wealth Management, Arvest Private Banking, and Security Bankcard Center, and served as the creative lead on all merchandising, advertising, digital asset design, photography, videography, and campaign messaging.• Launched Workfront project management system for the entire marketing department, which streamlines requests, daily tasks, client approvals, document proofing, compliance review, department reporting, and asset management for outside vendors.• Introduced compliance pre-approved catalog of advertisements based on commonly requested topics, reducing turnaround time to clients and graphic designer workload, increasing work capacity for the advertising department. This catalog saved 100 hours of design time in 2016.• As head of the Advertising division, requests and completed work drastically increased, with more than 2,000 projects completed in 2016, a 35% increase in advertising projects and output from before I joined in 2012.
