The customer service team is responsible for handling all development support activities at customer sites while working with customers’ development teams and architects to help them obtain the maximum benefit from WSO2 products when implementing their use cases. ▪ Responsibilitieso Playing the role of ambassador on behalf of WSO2 at customer locations.o Provide technical guidance on WSO2 products. The Automation Test Framework Team is responsible for the development and maintenance of the WSO2 Automation Framework as well as tracking the development of all automation tests to ensure adherence to standards and best practices. ▪ Responsibilitieso Develop and maintain components of the Automation Test Framework. Provide technical guidance to the development of performance tests using the Automation Framework.o Define guidelines and best practices on automation test development.o Development of integration tests.o Make sure a stable run of all the test cases are carried out on pre-defined deployment patterns.o Research and Development activities on integration test automation. o Provide solutions for customers production and non production issues.o Conduct patch verification and deliver the patchers to customers.o Provide documentation enhancements for WSO2 technologies- WSO2 Development supporto Provide technical guidance on WSO2 products. Load and Performance Team is responsible for performance testing activities on the CAMBIO COSMIC application. The level of performance testing conducted varies from testing the performance of individual modules to testing of the entire application prior to a customer release.
