During my internship at P&G, I had the opportunity to work on various impactful projects locally in Mexico and regionally across Latin America. Some key contributions include:- I conducted a holistic root cause analysis to identify the source of damaged shipments from San Martin Obispo, P&G’s largest distribution center in Latin America, to locations in Colombia, Peru, and Brazil. This analysis led to actionable insights for improving product design, loading practices, and import/export processes, reducing losses related to nonproductive inventory and rework.- I developed an application to manage document approvals for quality assurance business processes across Latin America. The application features a user-friendly interface, simplifies processes, and ensures data integrity, integrating customer requirements based on a feasibility assessment I conducted.- I designed, recorded, edited, and distributed data integrity training videos, receiving positive feedback from several Site QA leaders. These creative videos have been shared in various forums and manufacturing sites, driving awareness of data integrity, a global QA priority.These projects allowed me to demonstrate leadership, influencing abilities, and effective communication skills. I consistently brought new ideas to enhance processes within the LA MO QA organization. Notably, my investigation at San Martin Obispo provided previously unknown insights, and the document management tool I developed resolved an issue that had remained unsolved for more than three years.I approached my work with a sense of ownership and proactive attitude, consistently delivering strong results. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to P&G and look forward to leveraging these experiences in future roles.
