Provides advisory oversight on changes to the Defense Joint Military Pay Systems in regard to disbursement of pay and allowances.

Served as Comptroller responsible for financial planning and primary advisor to the Commander on all issues regarding financial policies and procedures for organizational procurement. Managed annual budget in excess of $2 million of public and appropriated funds supporting Air Force U-2 missions within European theater.

Responsible for designing, testing, and implementing changes to the Integrated Accounts Payable Systems (IAPS) and the Defense Industrial Financial Management System (DIFMS).
