He has been hired as a real estate appraisal expert on over 70 litigation assignments. He has also testified at trial as an expert witness in the following State Superior Courts: San Francisco, Marin, Alameda, Solano, and San Mateo. He has over 23 years of appraisal experience. His primary focus is on large, complex, commercial property appraisals required for litigation, estate tax planning, possible purchase or sale, or financing.He has appraised property for more than 700 clients, including over 25 Fortune 500 companies, the federal government, and some of the largest firms in the country. He represents landlords and tenants and also provides real estate advisory services to investors and asset managers.
