- Lead, train, work with design team about 6~7 person.- Concept new designs or ideas from direct boss for presentation.- Focus on product's development about material, technology, control and appearance.- Build relations with foreign partners.

- Full design special vehicle from survey step to completed step the truck include: + Compacting garbage truck + Road cleaning truck + Fire fighting truck + Car transfering truck + Sludge suction truck + Tipper and hookflit truck, crane truck ...- Do all procedure to register the design with Viet Nam agency - VAQ- Statistic, purchase some main materials in truck with oversea supplier and domestic supplier also.- Training and instruct for customer how to use our products correctly, instruct maintainance.- Learning and working with consultant, instructor about new machine, device from Europe, Asia.

Parallel assignment

- Updating and udgrading the automobile asembling process (03 line: Huyndai County - 29 seats, Huyndai HD65 & HD72, Huyndai HD78 - Light Truck).- Do inspection and randoom checking in the factory.- Designing body, compartment... for based truck.- Register truck with Viet Nam Register - VAQ.- Making report weekly, yearly.- Complete any work follow manager's order.

- Assurance the quality of products in factory (steel coil, steel pipe...) and reduce waste materials base on ISO 9001, ISO 14000 ...- Aftersale service and resolve all the complain with customer, offcicall agent...- Install and maintance the manufactoring machine (not regular)- Make report, statistic daily, weekly, yearly.
