As an exhibition specialist who might contribute to further expansion of the programs of your institution, I have the following strengths. For competitive museum exhibitions, manpower with extensive knowledge based on abundant practical experience is required. I participated as a research assistant in the 2017 and 2018 database project concerning the comfort women for the Japanese military, initiated by the Korean History Research Institute. At this time, research and investigations were conducted on various materials related to the comfort women of the Japanese military scattered around the world (documents, photos, recorded files, videos, newspaper articles, memorabilia, and all types of archives). I am confident that the practical experience accumulated over the past two years and the experience of reading various materials will be actively used in the development and operation of educational programs necessary to carry out the work of this museum.I have also done curatorial work for the G-Valley Industrial Museum, responsible for general museum tasks such as exhibition planning, relic research, and educational planning. Through these experiences, I have accumulated the skills not just geared toward pedagogy and education of the public, but also toward operation and management of various projects handled by a museum. Lastly, I have the confidence to adapt well to the organizational life and build closeness with my colleagues. Working in the National Memorial of Korean Provisional Government, where I am currently employed, proved to be a great opportunity for many discussions with various researchers. I was able to learn much by always actively presenting and sharing opinions with my colleagues. While working at the Korea History Research Institute and the G Valley Industrial Museum in Seoul, I learned the importance of keeping a humble attitude, an open mind and actively communicating with co-workers. In order for the educational program to proceed without any setbacks at a museum, smooth communication and cooperation among the participating personnel is of utmost importance. As I consider the prospect of a future career as a professional curator or a Ph.
