I have worked as a cleaner , machine operator , site supervisor and then as an assistant manager.Proudly managed a team of 72 operators.Executed daily toolbox,HSE training and operation, timesheets and rostering, aligning to financial year budgeting in parallel to clients requirement and maintaining company’s interests.Achievement:1- Adhoc job execution 2- working with disabilities and developing resilience3- Building break down system execution at one of the premium site in perth(Woodside) 4- successful team and near zero resignation and worker’s compensation despite running the largest facility team.

This part of me travelled between Bhutan-India-Thailand-Malaysia .Targeting job opportunities and training for the disadvantaged youths.Proudly delivered 36 sponsorship programs in education,vocational trainings and recruitment assistant in call centres.Proudly sponsored a flight ticket of 28 youths who have never flown before in their life.
