I am a dedicated and aspiring teacher with a strong foundation in the British education system, having excelled academically at the University of Oxford with First Class Honours in Chemistry and further postgraduate studies at the University of Cambridge. My academic journey is complemented by over two years of industry experience as a research scientist at DuPont Korea, where I applied innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive impactful projects in advanced materials. My genuine passion for education is reflected in my diverse teaching experiences, including volunteer roles in international schools in Malaysia and Thailand, where I supported classroom teaching and extracurricular activities. Currently, I am gaining hands-on experience as a part-time teaching assistant at an international school in Seoul, teaching A-level Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. I also lead after-school clubs focused on science and creative problem-solving, fostering curiosity and critical thinking among students.Beyond academics, I am deeply committed to nurturing students' leadership potential, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. I lead a team to operate a personal growth community called Habitlog in Seoul, where we design and run programmes focused on mental health, resilience, and lifelong learning. My aim is to inspire students to not only excel academically but also to explore their inner selves, helping them discover their true desires and purpose.I am now seeking opportunities to further my career as an educator at international schools, with a particular interest in environments that value holistic development, diversity, and innovative teaching methodologies. My goal is to inspire and mentor students from diverse backgrounds, equipping them with the skills and mindset to make a positive impact on the world and their inner lives.
