NCQA provides accreditation to Health Insurance Companies and Medical Centers, to drive improvement to patient experience and healthcare. Most recently, wrote from the ground up NCQA's redesigned Report Cards website which features 2021 Health plan ratings. This application is written in React and the API for favoriting is written in .NET core 5.It uses the implicit grant flow & is integrated with NCQA's Identity Server. I provided consulting services to Delaware Department of Education from Nov of 2011 till October of 2013As part of the Race to the Top initiative, the Delaware Department of Education (DDOE) created the Education Insight system. The purpose of Education Insight is to enable data-driven decision making throughout the education system that will ultimately result in improved outcomes for Delaware students.

Consulted on Tax Unemployment Insurance applications, my responsibilities were bug fixes, production support and implementing new features, participating in JAD sessions and meeting with business users to understand requirements.The platform was C# with SQLServer 2005/2008 at the backend. There are a quite a few offline processes for synchronizing the mainframe system with the web-based system and this was managed using SQL Server Integration Services. I programmed scripts in SSIS for reading flat files and populating tables in the db.SQL Server Reporting Services was being used for reports.Very briefly consulted with a startup in downtown Baltimore; tools used were NHibernate/LLBLGEN, MVC with Telerik MVC controls. Programming language was C#.
