Lead talent acquisition for Oncology Global Functions. Drive talent acquisition and future-talent engagement for the global Marketing, Business Development & Licensing and Strategy, Market Access, HE&OR, Pricing & Policy, Finance, HR, Legal, Communications & Patient Relations and the Latin America & Canada regional HQ teams within the Oncology BU of Novartis.

In this role, I led talent acquisition for the Technical R&D and Pharma Quality business functions at Novartis, leading a contract staffer team (of upto 5 staffing managers). In this role, I built and rolled out a global talent acquisition strategy, (aligned with significant organizational changes focused on culture reshaping, capability enhancement and resource optimization), partnering with the business leaders and HRBP's. Another project which I thoroughly enjoyed leading, was streamlining the staffing process for hiring leadership talent to the Pharma Quality organization.

The role was to co-lead / drive staffing activities for the global Development functions, at the Novartis Pharma site in India.The responsibilities included driving the organisational effort to build and enhance visibility for Novartis across the Indian talent market, while attracting, engaging & hiring niche talent.
