-Timely monitoring of VHF for requirements from Pilots of all customerairlines and meet the requirements in a timely manner-Closely coordinate with external and internal agencies of airport in case ofany emergency and retain the normalcy at the earliest.- Central point of contact for multiple departments of airport for flighthandling.- Preparing Mayfly for all departments, ensuring that the Operations ControlCentre has a manual back up for times of power failure and for theManpower planning.- Monitoring ‘Flight Watch’ aircraft and to ensure that it has full standutilization in consultation with ATS for our customer airline.- Create and update Stand Planning System (SPS).- Create and Update flights in AIMS (Official System for Sharjah Airport) inliaise with Sharjah Department of Civil Aviation (DCA)- Communication through SITA/E-mail and Screening incoming calls anddealing with queries.- Preparing Gendec for all the Operating Crew by strictly following theimmigration rules and regulations of UAE.- Issuing Landing Permission for ADHOC flights in liaison with SharjahDCA/GCAA.- Coordinating with ATC controller over hot line and VHF for all air-sideand land-side requirements.- To ensure the expeditious and accurate completion of all post flightactivities including dispatch of movement messages, forwarding ofdocumentation, LDM and completion of station file- Finalizing shift delay report and submitting to the management.- Preparing pre-flight briefing bulletins, collecting meteorological reportsand updating systems/Retrieving Flight Plan and handover to Pilot/Filingflight plan to ATC on behalf of airline.- Closely monitor AVMET and taking necessary arrangements for thenext day planning.- Stepping up and taking care of the responsibilities of OperationController when required- To plan, monitor, coordinate and supervise the Scheduling coordinators, Traffic Assistants and Data entry Operators.

-Weight and Balance-Turn Around Coordinator-Assisting Operation Supervisor for all Operational related duties.- Preparing Gendec for the crews following Sharjah ImmigrationCrew process- Collecting Flight Plans/Meteorological report and delivering toCaptain.- Planning and preparing weight and balance documents.- Coordinating to ensure flight for a safe & expeditious turnaround of theaircraft.- To ensure all safety procedures are followed as per company policy.

Carrying out entire coordination duties for the Ramp as well as office.
