Responsibilities include schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project. Review isometric drawings and dimensions of the component. Preparation of documents as per work.  Verifying inward/outward details of raw materials, finished products, consumables & non-consumables etc and keep them as record. Preparation of BOM, Purchase orders, PR and RFQ ISO documentation and internal auditing.  Monitor periodic Quality and Production. Responsible for manufacturing products as per customer and quality requirements. Visual inspection and carried out dimension control check. Repair reducing activities, Problem solving and maintaining Quality documents. Prepare weekly/monthly production reports. Evaluate workers performance. Ensuring that all the materials are within budget, on schedule and meet the technical standards. Following up with procurement team for the release of Work Orders/Purchase Orders, Monitoring and reviewing receipt of vendor deliverables including compliance with vendor specifications. Collects Raw material samples as per sampling procedure and do necessary lab tests on each sample. Scheduling and monitoring instruments calibration.  Knowledge in Correction and Corrective action.
