As the Production Manager at Projex UAE, I currently manage a team of 150 skilled workers in producing outstanding exhibition stands, event scenic, and museum interiors. I began my journey with Projex in 2020 as a Health and Safety Manager and transitioned into my current role in 2021. I oversee all aspects of production, ensuring seamless coordination from workshop operations to logistics and warehouse management.With an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and proficiency in detailing software such AutoCAD, CATIA, UG NX, CREO, etc., I bring a strong technical foundation to my role. My Nebosh IGC certification enhances my expertise in health and safety, allowing me to implement best practices and maintain high standards in all the projects.I've lead cross functional teams in the successful delivery of over 50 projects, ranging from 100k to 10M in budget. Managed project timelines, resources, and stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget. My experience including projects of various kinds - customized exhibition stands, construction of global events, museum projects, interior fit-out projects, etc.,I enjoy connecting with industry peers to exchange ideas and explore new opportunities.
