Project Rise: Monitored and tracked OP investigations conversions as a part of project Rise.

Project 1: Worked with the digitalization project currently in progress at the hospital. developed and used the low-code/no-code application Zoho creator to digitise the PMS checklist for the Biomedical Engineering department.Project 2: Analysis of Machines and manpower in the Laundry department to conduct a need assessment and give possible solutions.

Project: To conduct a competitor analysis and do a need assessment to start the Motherhood Evening Clinic in all hospitals units. Worked under all the different functional heads of marketing and assisted them in various tasks

•Learnt about the overall processes and functioning of the hospital. •Was posted in different clinical and non-clinical departments of the hospital to learn about the department in detail and conducted departmental gap analysis on six different clinical and supportive service departments during the 8-week tenure. Recommended suggestions as per the gap analysis to the Academic surperintendent through detailed presentations. Highlighted the areas that needed improvement in order to bridge the gap between ideal and actual standards.•Did a project on 'Knowledge and practices of Infection control among nurses in the ICCU'
