Allocation of work to the executives and tracking the workflow to capture TAT and SLA.Reviewing and approving all (Subscription/redemption) transaction related document provided by investors/Financial advisors.Verification and posting of trades placed on dashboard and Praeeo and posting the funds to respective DDA/ bank accounts. Reconciling the trades received and posted to internal platforms verses the manual tracking system to ensure the accuracy of transactions processed.Verification of investor contacts registered (on Praeeo, NTAS and Investran) under hedge Funds and Private Equity; providing guidelines to follow the rules and regulations of IRS, receiving incoming subscriptions and redemptions in hedge fund.Tracking high risk investor accounts especially PEP’s. KYC documents verification including identity/reference verification and signature verification. Transactional analysis and ensure all guidelines pertaining to AML are followed.Collecting and reviewing Tax forms of investors.Generating the Monthly and weekly statements to all the investors and reviewing the accuracy of NAV, shares and percentage of ownership and delivery to investors to preferable delivery mode.Wire Profile: Set up the banking instruction of the investors to internal platform and settle/approve the redemptions from the respective hedge fund.
