• Conducting meeting with the marketing team members once in a week in order to understand their perception of market current status. • Providing product-wise revenue targets & action plan to the counselors.• Planning for recruitment of technical staff based on the requirement & norms given by HR department.• Ensuring training, secession updates & seminars on new products, modified products are taken place before they are introduced.• Meet & interact with students from time to time.
