I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree and pursuing an Intermediate certification from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CMA). As a Demand Operations Specialist, I support the global demand operations team in delivering high-quality services to our clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. I leverage my skills in auditing, internal audits, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance to ensure that our processes and systems are efficient, accurate, and aligned with the best practices and standards. I also contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our demand operations strategy, tools, and reporting.
