In my current role, I support customers by overseeing the design and implementation of Security Intercom and Public Address Systems, ensuring their seamless integration. This encompassed Conference Room AV Solutions, Digital Signage Implementation, Auditorium AV Solutions, Public Addressing Systems, and Audio Visual Automations using Crestron. Additionally, I managed CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, and Structured Cabling Systems.My responsibilities included organizing initiation meetings with clients to kickstart projects, followed by meticulous project planning and implementation. I continuously monitored project activities to ensure adherence to industry standards and maintained high-quality workmanship, taking corrective actions whenever discrepancies arose. Regular meetings with stakeholders were organized to discuss project status and progress. Furthermore, I ensured proper documentation for all project activities and successfully handed over completed projects to clients within the stipulated timelines. This comprehensive experience has equipped me with the skills necessary for effective management and strategic oversight in complex projects.
