• Develop over 50 detailed 2D and 3D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and Rhinoceros, focusing on engineering systems, propulsion, rudder systems, general arrangements, MEP plumbing, engine room layouts, the installation of main engines and generators and others, while ensuring compliance with maritime standards such as BKI, RINA, ISO, and Lloyd's Register on Phinisi, FRP Speed boat, Sailing boat and other.• Design and create 3D models of hulls, superstructures, scantlings, mouldings, and CNC cuttings using Rhinoceros, adhering to ISO 12215 and relevant regulations for recreational vessels, particularly for FRP boats and Wooden Phinisi boats.• Conduct thorough analyses using ANSYS, DualSPHysics, Maxsurf, AutoPIPE and other applications, concentrating on stability, resistance, CFD, FEA, pressure design, structural analysis, pipe analysis and fluid dynamics to ensure vessel compliance.• Provide expert consulting on repowering projects, including main engine selection, pitch propeller design, maneuvering systems, engine room layout, piping, HVAC, and fuel consumption efficiency for onboard systems.

• Manage and coordinate the completion of 3+ projects, collaborating effectively with purchasing teams, delivery teams, subcontractors, and clients, showcasing strong project management and timeline organization skills.• Supervise and ensure quality control of contractor work during the installation of shipboard systems, including propulsion, engine installation, pumps, piping, electrical systems, and other onboard equipment, in accordance with design specifications.• Assist in creating field drawings, as-built drawings, and development drawings, while coordinating changes and developments on-site.• Calculate and develop the design for the bill of quantities and bill of materials, facilitating budget calculations for the tender and purchasing processes.• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, simplifying technical, engineering, and construction concepts to ensure clear understanding and engagement.
