My current research includes work on the design and development of a liquid-Argon dual-phase detector to search for the yet-unseen coherent neutrino scattering. This experiment also has application in nuclear reactor monitoring for nuclear non-proliferation, a subject that has been recently attracting my interest.

• Lead the design, development and prototyping a low-temperature and low-background energy calibration system for CUORE bolometer array. The calibration system is critical for the success of the experiment and requires unconventional solutions to meet the requirements of cryogenic, radioactivity and integration.• Performing analysis of the systematic error induced by energy calibration in neutrinoless double beta decay data of Cuoricino and predictions for CUORE. • Studied the sensitivity and discovery potential of current and future bolometric double beta decay experiments

• Participated in the development of near-future technologies for NAND flash memories based on floating gate transistors, in collaboration with Hynix Semiconductor Inc. (Korea).• Participated in the R&D activities of the Phase Changing Memory technology.

• Participated in the advanced data analysis for the DZERO experiment• Designed and started the development of a database to handle physics data of DZERO.• Introduced to the application of neural networks for the search of a low-mass Higgs boson
