About Sangita Joshi

Have you come across a well-planned project that hit a wall due to some minor issue that was overlooked?I have, having ‘discovered’ more than once something minor as an incorrect business/functional setup in an ERP or EBS that brought the IT processes to a stop or executed inaccurate results.After 10+ years of experience across global corporations, government agency and non-profit organization, I have learnt to focus not just on the big picture but also the encompassing little details. I have worn many hats in my career: Business Analyst, Developer (IT customizations), Project Manager, Scrum Master and PMO Lead. I firmly believe that technology drives business and business needs drive innovation in technology. With credentials in both Business (MBA) and Technology (MS in CSc), I bring a unique understanding and outcome-focused approach to managing multi-disciplinary, cross-functional projects and am able to communicate effectively across the different levels of organization to successfully deliver projects. I am also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), who advocates for an Agile mindset and utilizing Scrum practices.I put my passion and skills to good use by volunteering for any entity that needs help with managing projects/events, be it a school, PTO or a non-profit. During a brief sabbatical, I volunteered my PM skills and took classes of professional and personal interest before resuming my professional career.I am adaptable and have successfully transitioned my BA and PM skills from one industry to another. I remain customer focused and have demonstrated ability to contribute towards the success of wide ranging projects.
