Hello everyone,I just completed (2023 December) my Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR and Marketing at the Institute of Regional College of Management Bangalore.I have over 12 months of experience in HR, working as an IT/non-IT recruiter, handling end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.My technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft's ETL tools (Excel, word, PowerPoint, Google Sheet, ,MS Office), and sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn, Apna, Naukri.com, and utilising Applicant tracking system (ATS-Greenhouse,Workday), etc. I also have a strong foundation in AI tools.My soft skills encompass interpersonal skills, effective communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity.I am enthusiastic about pursuing opportunities with exceptional organizations to further my professional growth.
