I have worked at Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance for more than 7years. I served as a FP team leader for about 2years and subsequently as a branch manager. In my role as a FP team leader, I trained highly efficient insurance planners in tax and labor issues. I also handled VIPs and business customers, persuading them to sign high-value contracts that would benefit them in terms of labor and tax issues. On average, I facilitated approximately 20,000$ in contracts per month and won third place among all FP workers by the year-end. As a branch manager, I trained and coached insurance planners every morning, motivating people throughout the organization to reach their full potential. The branch I am in charge of achieved 1st place in Gyeoungnam region and got highest performance review. I also served in the military as a KATUSA and has experience working in English, so I can adapt quickly to other organizational cultures. I have obtained essential skills such as leadership, interpersonal communication skills, prioritization abilities and coaching, training other people from these work experiences.
