As its marketing manager, I was in charge of the Korean market having the annual sales coming to 5 million US dollars. With the expansion of the hospital in 1999, I directed the project, including the purchase of all of medical devices plus disposables and training of the newly organized employees for the efficient hospital management. The total budget for the expansion was over 30 million dollars.
