Successfully delivered Open Art Folk24 as a curator.Open Art Folke is Folkestone's first artist-led festival that inclusively showcases the extraordinary breadth of creativity in this little town by the sea based on the mantra “art for all”.The inaugural Open Art Folke festival took place between the 13th and 22nd of September 2024 in private and public venues across Folkestone. The programme brought together over 130 artists, designers and makers in its first year.Across ten days of creative events and activities there were open studios, talks, walks, exhibitions, installations, interventions, performances and workshops as well as an art market in collaboration with Folkestone Fringe.

My role was to plan and manage the main exhibition 2, “Across Space”. Since it was an online exhibition, I worked closely with the web developer and the designer to build it. I planned two offline events related to the exhibition and executed digital marketing.

South Korea

People&Story is a Webtoon and Webnovel production company. I took the lead on the intellectual properties trade team, exporting Korean comics abroad and vice versa. I Cooperated with publishing companies in Vietnam and India, assisting their operation on Webtoon platforms. I also set up a social media marketing strategy for the company’s Webtoons and organised relevant various on/offline events.

Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-Do, Korea

As a curator of the Biennale, I worked closely with the art director and the chief curator. Through dedicated communication with international artists and organisers, I realised over 30 indoor and outdoor artworks without the artists' presence due to the pandemic. Besides that, I assisted administration works of city officials, such as reporting Biennale's budget expenditure. Also, I managed two academic conferences, catalogue publishing, and directed the building of the official website of the Biennale.

Gangnam-Gu, Seoul, Korea

My key role at the gallery was planning art exhibitions, preparing for art fairs, managing the digital archive and connecting artists with collectors. I was also in charge of producing PR materials and educational materials for collectors. Besides, I built an official website for the gallery and other social media accounts to do digital marketing.

Suncheon, Jeollanam-Do, Korea

I played a role as a coordinator of a government-funded art festival. I was in charge of international artists, mainly in the outdoor installation section.

Suwon, Gyeonggi-Do, Korea

I worked as an exhibition coordinator, mainly doing liaison and administrative tasks. Besides this, I created a Behind-the-Scenes clip and an advertisement for the exhibition.
