Directed planning and execution of 8 engineering projects and 2 multi-national training exercises. Furnished field information for construction progress and feeder information for other reports. Performed the QA and Safety inspections regularly according to OSHA standards and the applicable Navy regulations. Managed travel budget of over $200K.Developed and implemented an Equipment Life Cycle Management Program for three project teams. This $500K program ensured that the required funding is identified and efficient procurement is implement as major construction and diving equipment reach the end of their usable life.Reviewed the certification of material testing and managed the scheduling of 484 tons of materials and 104 tons of equipment delivery in response to a disaster relief mission in Haiti. This effort directly resulted in the expedient repair of 123 earthquake-damaged piles of a pier that was capable of receiving humanitarian assistance for 3.5 million people affected by the earthquake.Administered 2 Destructive Weather Plans during Hurricane Irene and a snow storm according to the installation’s Emergency Management Plan. Identified the material, equipment and personnel required; supervised the completion of all tasks according to the plan; and reported conditions of readiness. Identified the mission essential personnel and coordinated with the installation security department for base access. When directed by the Emergency Management Center, evacuated the non-essential personnel in sequence according to the local SOP. Drafted and implemented the recall procedure for the mission essential and non-essential personnel for accountability.

As Computer Aided Drafting Operator, responsible for engineering and design of more than 250 mission critical construction projects valued at over $300 million in support of the surge of 27,000 personnel in Southern Afghanistan.Reduced 23% of Request-For-Information submittals by conducting pre-construction meeting with six engineer units from Army, Navy and Air Force. Decreased the idle time of the engineer units in combat zones by responding over 70 Request-For-Information submittal in timely manner and providing the degree of tolerance to the specifications where needed.Inspected and measure the construction material while visiting each construction site to ensure the conformance to the specifications and reported any discrepancies to the project managers to initiate the corrective actions in timely manner. Liaised directly with the base master planners in producing numerous topographic maps which covered over 60 sq. mi. in total on five bases. These maps provided the critical information to the master planners of each garrison in planning infrastructure for 27,000 troops in combat zones.
