In my time with Future Everyday Technology lab, I designed and created a prototype which could be used to transfer information to blind users. This product brings together hardware and software to create a unique experience to users who are blind. I designed and executed a robust research program including prototype testing, in-home ethnography, surveys, device analytics, focus groups, and in-lab usability tests.Responsibilities: • Designing, administering, analyzing, and reporting on in-lab usability research studies.
• Communicating research results with Lead Researcher using both verbal and written reports.
• Assisting Lead Researcher with their existing projects, by providing research strategy and expert recommendations.

As a UX/Web Designer with Unbox Packaging, I used consumer's insight gathered by research, surveys, contextual inquiries and competitor research while taking a user-centric approach to design and develop the user experience of the company website. I was also responsible to facilitate strategic, user-centered decision making in terms of the design aspect of the company products.
