Apart from a passionate Mechanical Engineer with years of experience in system design and analysis, I am a driven activist for nutrition and driven to make healthy options for food available around us. I have used the research of nutrition and how body metabolises macros to develop products that will provide tasty and healthy alternatives to current offerings. Moreover the products align with the traditional Indian lifestyle of our ancestors who I think were much healthier than our current generation. I have used the knowledge to take control of my fitness and lost over 15kg of unhealthy weight during course of time. => Patent applied 2019, flexible bottom for hot fill PET bottle.
