I oversee award-winning teams of game writers and editorial staff who craft narrative for top-grossing live and in-development story-driven mobile games. As a member of Wooga’s Senior Leadership Team, I am responsible for defining and executing our story-driven company strategy, developing new games and leveling-up the narrative team’s craft and leadership performance.

I led teams of writers, artists and designers to adapt popular brands and original stories into interactive storytelling games. As Narrative Lead, I was responsible for my games' creative vision, P&L, and brand partner relationships.New Projects Prototype Team (2019-2022): I led cross-functional teams of designers, artists and engineers to concept, produce, test and launch storytelling game prototypes. I manage budgets, timelines and participate in department strategy meetings with senior leadership.In 2019, I led a Genre Expansion Team with my fellow Creative Lead, that produced fantasy and science fiction stories that outperformed our financial targets and became some of Episode’s highest performing stories. I also redesigned our studio-wide creative development process.In 2018, I was the Creative Lead of an R&D mobile game published under different LLC, which launched world wide. I was responsible for content strategy, and managing a creative team to produce weekly interactive story content. I optimized content to improve engagement and monetization, resulting month-over-month profitability, and the highest rated game in the category on both iOS and Android. I also produced ads that resulted in a profitable marketing funnel.From 2016-2017, I led narrative development and production on two seasons of Pretty Little Liars, based on the popular television series. I managed our partnership with Warner Brothers and coordinated with a television ad campaign, resulting in our highest performing story at launch.I also led narrative development and production on a game adaptation of a Wattpad Young Adult novel, resulting in one of Episode’s top LTV stories and served as the performance benchmark story.

- Co-founded an entertainment branding platform that partnered with top gaming publishers, and backed by 500 Startups, Comcast Ventures and DreamIt Ventures.- Led cross-functional teams to develop and deploy in-app monetisation software to over ten million monthly users and boosted clients’ average revenue per paying user.- Managed client relations with public and private companies, notably Glu Mobile, Ninja Kiwi, Plague Inc., The Yogscast and Mondo Media, one of the Top 10 most watched YouTube original channels. - Oversaw manufacturing vendors, contract developers, designers, and global supply chain.Ntensify won the Maryland Incubator Company of the Year Award in the Consumer Tech and Technology Services Category, and won the Harvard Business School New Venture Competition Best Investment award for the Mid-Atlantic region.

The Film Department is an independent film production studio founded by top executives from Miramax and Warner Independent Pictures, focusing on mid-budget films ranging from 15 to 50 million dollars, including the 2009 box office hit Law Abiding Citizen (starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler)- I sourced and secured intellectual property rights for various company projects.- I worked with writers and directors to develop films from acquisition through production.- Cultivated and leveraged relationships with writers, directors, studios, producers, financiers, talent and their representatives, resulting in acquisition of projects and hiring of talent for features.
