 Managing more than 800 Physical Servers with updating windows patches & Symantec Antivirus Clients. Managing AD, Group Policy, FSMO Roles, Site Replication, DNS & DHCP. User Management – Creation of user logins, Email IDs, etc Creating multiple virtual machines through VMWARE & Hyper V on a physical servers & keep monitoring & Troubleshooting the issues on it.Hardware RAID & ILO Configurations for DL380 G7 & DL980 Servers.Inventory Management. Installing & managing various servers in Hyper V & VMware Esxi Hosts. Installing VMware tools on virtual machines Migrating virtual machines using Vmotion. Troubleshooting issues on Esxi OS and virtual machines. Configuring & Managing virtualization Hosts, Networking, VHDs & Storage resources. Creation of Clone & templates of guest virtual machines. Working on Snapshot Manager for space related issues on VM. Working on ADS Replication, AD Migration, and Global Catalogue server as well as creating trust between different domains, File & Print Server Replication. Working on AD, DNS & DHCP related issues. Working on FSMO roles migrations & Seizing through ntdsutil command. Involvement in User migrations between DC. Deploying Antivirus Client packages through SEPM & HPSA. Implementing the different types of policies on the SEPM.

Managing 5 Different Forest Domains. Managing, monitoring, Trouble Shooting the Active Directory Replication between 38 Locations. Domain Migration of different 38 location forest domain into single centralized Domain. Workiing in ADS, Group Policies, FSMO Roles, DNS Zones, DHCP & Site Replications etc.Setting up Scheduled Backup with the help of NT backup Systems & Symantec Veritas in different modes of Backup for Centralized File Server. Taking Backup for share folders through using with LTO' Tapes, Schedule the Automatic Backup system of All Server Application via batch files.Configure and managing the File and Print Server with Real time replication between Primary and secondary servers, File Server Migration through Allway Sync to the Centralized with DR Technology. Understanding of capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning.
