• Assisting in preparation of the Group Cash Flow Forecast• Group daily cash management activity that includes monitoring bank account balances on bank portals and working closely with AP and HR to ensure all bank accounts are funded sufficiently, follow up FX trade settlements as and when required• Debt and intercompany loan management• Responsible for up to date process documentation and bank mandates maintained• Assisting with centralisation of Treasury Function

• Cash management including term deposits, Repo contracts within Group in Samsung• Cash flow forecast and reporting to the Senior management • Responsible for opening/closing bank accounts with updating and maintaining authorised signatories• Responsible for KYC client updates• Preparing financial reports including P&L, Cash Flow, Budget versus Forecasts followed by variance analysis• Work closely with the external accountants and Managing Director to produce the statutory accounts• Maintaining controls in AR and AP function• Payment run management• Assist with external audit as well as internal Samsung HQ and Group audit• Assisting of Yearly Budget and Strategic planning• Support and Coordinating Group projects including new accounting system, operationalizing cost allocation strategy and issuance of various internal control policies and procedural manuals • Monthly payroll preparation for external payroll provider• Monthly calculation and processing of depreciation, accruals and fixed asset journals• Processing and payables invoices, payments and allocations• Reconciliation of fixed assets and selected general ledger accounts, company credit cards and bank accounts for multicurrency• Ad-hoc analyses as required
