Currently with 12+ years of background in various business processes, I started working at front-desk -via different channels- and then moved to auditing, financial reporting review and financial due diligence; while being exposed to top tier management control standards & business development strategies, allowing me to have a good general notion of how companies operate and make decisions. I enjoy being a generalist, but my expertise lies in the M&A space, specifically in performing financial due diligence for strategic acquisitions; a process that helps reducing asymmetry of information between seller and buyer before a transaction is closed. Same applies to M&A research and deal origination, assesing strategic fit of potential TargetCo's accross several business dimentions and industries all over the world. Currently working as Lead of the M&A Business Intelligence & Data Science division of a Global team that performs in-house deal origination for Accenture's strategic acquisitions; one of the most acquisitives company in the world, by preparing dashboards with business intelligence tools, automating data entry and processing, augmenting data capturing & insight extraction processes through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. During my career I have enjoyed pushing innovation through intrapenurial-like initiatives, e.g. fostering data fluency through giving Power BI trainings & helping on dashboard implementations, Data Visualization & Storytelling techniques applied to executive presentations; as well as advocating for the use of new methodologies e.g. Design Thinking, Agile and constant mindset changes required in order to remain relevant. My career goal is to become a business strategy advisor with data science & data visualization techniques at hand to support business decision making processes, oriented towards applied intelligence, management consulting companies, technology businesses, telecommunication & media or digital agencies.
