Leading and Managing Digital transformation team of Qatar Airways Ground Services IT & Users.In-house developed new generation MHB solution called HAQIBA to improve customer service , reduce repatriation of misshandled baggage, reduction of staff training cost. 50% Operation cost saving by introducing proactive approach to handle delayed/lost baggage. Workflow driven claim approval process with integration of account payable and accountant receivable for compensation payment and Insurance claim. Integration with SITA worldTracer to handle Other airline and offline airport claims.Implementation of Self service Check-in kiosk, auto bag drop and PRS interface to check passengers status before entering to immigration.Successful delivery of projects to Achieve IATA 753 , IATA Platinum certification.Delivery and Support of Qonnect Plus mobile applications to save operation cost and achieve compliance (controll INADs and Unmanifest passenger boarding).
