This includes establishing systems and controls for receipts and disbursements of funds. To ensure that all disbursements are audited, is in conformance with established policies, is supported by adequate documentation and is not of unreasonable nature. • Credit management – Ensure proper approvals and controls for extending credit.• Approving/Verifying/posting of vouchers in the ERP for areas responsible.
