- Conducted vendor risk assessment & reviews for internal and external client vendors as per ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPPA etc.- Managed clients and their requirements through regular calls and emails.Assisting in remote internal audits for vendors in accordance with ISO 27001 and IT controls.- Performed review for critical documents such SOC, PCI, ISO 27k certifications of vendors provided by various US banks (Clients).- Aimed at regulating and minimizing operational and reputational risk related to services from third parties.- The main components of the process were: appropriate risk assessment efforts at every stage of the lifecycle, due diligence reviews, service provider selection, contract creation, and ongoing monitoring processes relevant to third party relationships, drafting work papers and audit reports in collaboration with process owners to close the findings.- Trained new joiners as per the process and help in improving further.

Majorly my role was: - Answering queries about products or services by interacting with enterprise customers via phone calls, screenshares, emails, or web chats.- Providing product training or assistance to customers.- Making sure customers' demands are being heard, and solutions are being developed to fulfill those needs.- Documenting Customer interactions in detail, including the nature of the encounter and any resolutions that were reached.- Monitoring customer accounts to ensure that customers are satisfied with the company's products or services.- Identifying potential account difficulties and interacting with customers to remedy concerns.- To ensure that customers' needs are addressed, coordination with other departments such as engineering, marketing, and sales if and when required.- Maintaining customer activity reports, such as usage patterns, product interest, new feature request and issue management.- Training new joiners and trainees and making sure that they have a grip on the product, end to end.
