• Setting up, configuring, dispatching & installing new computer systems for staff in different departments throughout the hospital • Providing technical support to hospital staff via remote access, intercom, instant messaging & in-person support • Diagnosing any issues encountered during operation of computer systems & equipment e.g. network printers, kiosks etc. • Diagnosing & escalating network connectivity issues in different wings and departments throughout the hospital • Responding to, escalating & resolving support tickets• Carefully retrieving end-of-life computer systems for their safe disposal• Determining the eligibility for buyback of end-of-service computer systems as per department policy
