I am an Executive IT Architect (IBM Senior Certified IT Architect within the Integration Architecture discipline) working for Cairo Lab Services. I have over 20 years experience in the IT industry with the last 6 years focused on IT architecture. As a BPM and Integration Architect, I have a long experience in BPM and integration solutions. I participated in many engagements in Egypt, Gulf, and South Africa to architect and develop BPM solutions, SOA integration solutions, in which I acquired experience about major IBM software integration products (like Business process Manager Advanced, WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere DataPower, WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus, WebSphere Message Broker and WebSphere Service Registry and Repository). As a BPM practice manager, I acquired a solid BPM technical and leadership experience as a technical leader of large projects, as a BPM Client Solution Manager for large proposals, as a mentor of technical consultants, and as a career mentor for certified architects. This solid experience is supported with academic master studies in business administration with high grades and leadership courses.In addition, I participated in developing IBM software products as I worked in the development of "WebSphere Business Monitor 6.0" as a component owner and technical lead for four years.
