Building Mantra - an AI-powered partner for boosting productivity and nurturing well-being

codeHER is an international women-run nonprofit dedicated to empowering economically disadvantaged young women in low and middle-income countries. Through our programs, we equip girls around the world with the technological and leadership skills needed for them to develop solutions to societal challenges and access career and educational opportunities. To date, codeHER has reached over 1,400 women in 41 countries through our Social-Entrepreneurship programs and Leadership Series. With partnerships and funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, US State Department, Goldman Sachs, and NGO's, codeHER enables women to create social-impact organizations that tackle local issues using technology, be leaders in their communities, and enter the workforce after completing their education.

Conducted extensive research to assess internet access in Maryland Juvenile Detention Facilities. Produced a 35 page research paper, consulted with the Department of Juvenile Services and the University of FloridaDeveloped tech literacy curriculum for incarcerated youth, communicated recommendations to 30 government leaders. Conducted interviews with government officials and employees within the Department of Juvenile Services. Presented research at Johns Hopkins conference to over 1,000 attendees

Founded a tech startup with female youth leaders in the Mid-Atlantic region. emPOWER was dedicated to empowering women and dismantling negative stereotypes surrounding women in tech fields by selling high-tech portable chargers connected to custom-made lanyards. Oversaw 30 employees in supply chain, marketing, finance, and sales teams; directed investments with 11 investors. Organized ceremony at the Maryland Center of Entrepreneurship to inspire women participation in leadership roles.
