- Supervised Refurbishment process in the warehouse of Coca-Cola and Heineken equipment: Coolers, POM, Vending, (approx. 5,000 pcs/year)- Supervised process of Service & Maintenance in the market of CD equipment (approx. 55,000 pcs) for Serbia and Montenegro- Supervised process of equipment movement in the market (approx. 18,000 movements/year) for Serbia and Montenegro- Supervised work of Call Center for internal and external customer support, related to CD equipment, followed by regular monthly Customer Satisfaction Surveys - Responsible for demand and supply planning of CAPEX (over 1.8 M Euro)- Monitored cross functional SLA (Service Level Agreements) and ensuring continuous improvements- Supported massive organizational and process changes during SAP W2 implementation and participated in preparation of master data of CD equipment for upload in SAP W2- Active user of SAP ERP module and CAM Reports

- Project leader for the Project »Re-tag of CD equipment« in Serbia and Montenegro- Responsible for CAPEX creation and financial justification, followed by regular monthly reporting - Planned and monitored Demand and Supply Process of CD equipment - Performed cost/benefit analysis in CD management- Responsible for warehouse management of CDE and monthly inventory in 8 Distribution Centers warehouses- Coordinated activities related to CD equipment at »Universiade 2009« (Students sport event at which 8,600 athletes from 128 countries participated and 10,000 students volunteered)

- Promoted the vision, mission and strategic goals of the AAEN- Worked on building relationship with all important stakeholders- Negotiated and collaborated with partners while ensuring good contact with donors - Supervised the implementation of numerous educational projects- Responsible for Event Management of various conferences, meetings and workshops- Managed annual budget of approx. 500K USD
