Engaging designated resources, claim units and or protocols to respond to defined categories of high-profile, complex claims nationally. Reporting in line with service level agreement while identifying the type of loss and coordinate response to defined categories of loss events across all lines of business.

As a part of the Administrative Team, helping with setting up of insurance claims and meeting team goals. Claims creation, claims triaging, claims set up on iAdjust, the award winning software and on Guidewire claims management system as used by most Insurers. Billings and cheque processing. Assisting various stakeholders and generating daily and weekly reports.

• Assist with recruitment of hourly and salaried employees including posting jobs, coordinating interviews, pre-screening of candidates, phone interviews, and preparation of new hire packages, reference checks, for Personal Support Workers, Registered Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses.Create and maintain accurate employee files including employment letters, contracts, resumes, performance reviews, and all other pertinent information ensuring accuracy and confidentiality• Co-ordinate attendance records, vacation requests, update database• Provide administrative support to the general HR team• Assisted by verifying and inputting Timesheets for payroll on Scheduler for hourly paid employees, over 100 employees.
