Responsible for -Supervision of all types of work related to the construction of highways.• Conducting all types of field and laboratory tests related to road and concrete works.• Selection of Borrow Area and conducting all tests (FSI, Atterberg Limit, Grain Size Analysis, Proctor, CBR) for suitability of soil work.• Preparation of mix design various grade of concrete, M-10 to M-30 normal & sever condition and WBM, BM, SDBC, BC. Taking quality approval from client of all the activities executed or to be executed.• Mixes as per required of MOST, MORT&H specifications. Monitoring the production of these mixes as per the specified requirements. • Monitoring the running of plants to keep them true to the required accuracy• Keeping objective evidence of all the quality control activities. • reporting to the Residence Engineer about the test results.
