Deputy General Manager - Operations Management
CurrentLeading as HEAD Operation's. Accountable for the achievement of plant goals in terms of quality, cost, assets and delivery based on approved budget, through the coordination of plant activities and optimization of plant efficiency in accordance with company guidelines. Managed principles of safety, security, environmental protection and corporate social responsibility# Operation management -• Managed the production and testing of customer specific products on time with the right quality & cost.• Planning and controlling of costs vs budget.• Planning and controlling of resources (equipment, people, material); reduce production expenses by optimizing material management method and machine maintenance level.• Accountable for productivity/process efficiency and continuous improvement within FF.• Drive ESH activity in workplace following the regulation and safety standard to maintain a safety environment. •Implemented LEAN manufacturing culture to enhance operational efficiency# Standard/ Procedures application -Supports and coach the implementation of the company and the plant standards (e.g. ESD guideline, technical cleanliness, 5S, JIDOKA,)# Manpower and Resource Management -• Monthly and annual headcount forecast.• Monthly FTE management and people skill enhancement by Training and coaching• Leading the area and enhance its development, as well as to ensure results (efficiency, quality); applying human relations processes that drive people performance and planning. Safety & ergonomics management. # Quality Management -•Ensures CAPA and Root cause analysis for any inhouse and customer concerns• To enable and be promoter of the quality culture.• Responsible for maintaining inhouse as well as customer PPM within target.• Supervise, support and control in case of new product launches (launch of new manufacturing lines, Process capabilities, PPAPs, capacity planning) to ensure a safe launch and ramp up (Pre-series/Trial runs/C-Samples)•Ensure Change Management system.
