Project Planning and Execution.

Identify and prioritize hotspot issues related to sustainable farming practices in the project area. Plan interventions to address issues, including soil testing, water conservation structures, IPM techniques, and promoting climate-resilient practices. Strengthen the capacity of field staff through training on sustainable farming, monitoring tools, and communication strategies. Collaborate with SAUs, CICR, and other research organizations for farmer training and technical support. Form village-level Water Conservation Committees to plan and implement soil and water conservation activities. Establish convergence with NAAM Foundation, IKEA, and different stakeholders for funding and technical support in project implementation. Manage public participation funds and donor contributions transparently for effective NDW work in catchment areas. Align project activities with BCI sustainability goals, focusing on reducing environmental impact, promoting decent work, and enhancing livelihoods. Implement regular monitoring and evaluation using KPIs such as adoption rates, resource conservation, and productivity improvement. Develop a reporting framework to document monthly progress, challenges, and success stories.
