Roles & Responsibilities:* Spearheading multiple projects within the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, with a strong focus on promoting diversity and inclusion.* Achieving and surpassing performance targets in accordance with service level agreements, earning accolades from both business and TA leadership.* Engaging in virtual and physical campus recruitment initiatives to support campus recruitment teams in meeting their objectives.* Cultivating enduring partnerships with stakeholders and vendors through regular communication and collaboration.* Directly collaborating with Function Heads, Managers, and Tribe Heads to determine project headcount requirements and onboarding timelines as mandated by the Paris team.* Coordinating and facilitating regular business meetings for various stakeholders.* Managing both technical and operational job positions.* Serving as the key contact point for Returner hiring and producing weekly reports for the TA Head.* Maintaining close communication with project and delivery managers to ensure ongoing updates on open positions.* Conducting HR interviews, salary negotiations, and diligent follow-ups with candidates to guarantee timely onboarding.* Providing training and support for new hires while acting as the central point of contact for recruitment in Romania.* Utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to streamline and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process.

*Handled End to End Recruitment activities for various positions– BNP Paribas, Northern Trust, BNYMellon etc.*Understanding the Requisition in depth from the Hiring Managers and provide consultationbasedon market trends for Niche skills requirements*Focusing on effective channel mix usage while sourcing through channels like Job portals, LinkedIn*Independently resolve recruiting issues & coordinate with Account team andCompetencyto drive closures based on Budgets approved.*Recommend compensation and negotiate compensation with Candidates.*Mapping applicants to the position based on hiring guidelines laid down with due focus on quality.*Involved into Bulk Hiring, Weekday/ Weekend Drives
