List and frequency of cross-checks. To monitor the prescription provide by Dr. for patients , Dot providers of MDR-TB. And prepare the medicines,approprite to diagnosis.- - Register maintained for products with an expiry date below 6 month, Donation, Loans , Borrowed items and Stock Card.- Maintained the AMC by products, risk of shortage, overstock of items.- - Verify the consumption of items at CLINIC PHARMACY and TB Pharmacy level, weekly and monthly bases.- - Items are arranged according to MSF standards ,labelled and the storage condition are maintained.- - Inform the Doctors ,Coordinator and Incharge in the Medical meeting or personally when there is nearest expiry item, newly arrived medicines ,overstock and risk of shortage of items.- Knowledge in handling day to day Purchases of Medicines/Surgical/Cosmetic and Imported medicines, of the local market, MUMBAI.Practical training completed in an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council Of India.Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Wholesaler/Distributors/Suppliers and Stockist.Situated in Mumbai under the regulation of the Pharmacy Act ,1948.Working knowledge of keeping of records required by the various Acts affecting the Procession of Pharmacy.
