Head the project management team at Kantar India referred to as Business Enhancement Team (BET) - Qualitative Division. This team is responsible for executing all qualitative studies commissioned. Responsible for setting up & managing this team that is highly driven, thinks business first and believes in delighting the customers at any cost - both internal & external customers. Also, head the RFQ business for the Qualitative Division - these are typically study requests that originate from other countries & are executed in India. This business has been built from scratch & involves very high level of commitment, costing, research skills, project management & execution skills.
