Duties and responsibilities:Installation of Windows OS i.e. windowsXP, Windows7, Windows8, Windows Server 2000, & 2008.Installation and configuration of AD / DHCP / DNS services.Installation and maintenance of Windows Servers and Desktop.Installation and up gradation of Symantec, eScan and other Antivirus software.Technical Support to OEM Hardware IBM Lenovo Think Centre, Acer and HP.Installation of OS security patches and other software up gradation patches. Provide hardware, operating system and database support as and when the customer requires.Installation and up gradation of operating systems and other software packages (both Server as well as on Workstations). System configuration and data recovery done after system crashes.Coordination with Banks and Organization to make the Total Branch Computerization. Setting up of networks, peripherals and their services. Business (AMC) Development and Management of Various Customers.
