Periodically review the implementation of plan made by partners after the scoring of different indicators. Report to RMS committee at Handicap International Nepal on the RMS implementation at partners’ level.* Supporting partner P&O staffs on proper functioning of the Prosthetic & Orthotic Unit. Organise and coordinate the logistic and practical aspects (travels, meetings, schedules, notifications etc.) in a proper and efficient manner. Performing any other duty at the service of the project and the organisation, as requested by project and program direction.* Supporting partners for the provision of outreach services (including identification, fitment, follow up and referrals) on uncovered areas.

* Coordinate staffs for day to day activity & take daily reports from them.* Attend the Orthotics / Prosthetics clients and give full satisfaction.* Responsible for Hi-tech Orthotic/Prosthetic Marketing, Assessment, fabrication, and fitment and * final delivery with satisfaction of the patient.* Responsible for taking the measurement, casting, fitment of Cosmetic Restoration (Silicone prosthesis, finger, toes, nose, and ear).* Fit hallo Brace for the cervical fracture patients.* Provide daily report to the line manager/Director through mail.* Demonstration to the Doctors as and when required.

* Attended training on manufacturing process of Upper Extremity Prosthesis by using ICRC Technology Conducted by ICRC Ethiopia in Ethiopia (Addis Ababa) and successfully completed this course from 26th March to 20th April 2007 where Mr. Francis was the Instructor and Mr. Bernard Kafe was the Head of Program of ICRC-SFD, Ethiopia.
